Quote Validity & Pricing
• Quotes are valid for 7 working days.
• Prices may be re-quoted due to Rand/Dollar fluctuations.

Order Confirmation
• Orders must be confirmed in writing via email with an order number.
• Confirmation constitutes a legally binding contract.

Cancellation Policy
• Once artwork is approved, orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment Terms
• 60% deposit and balance on delivery.

Samples
• Samples will be billed.

Turnaround Time
• PFL Trading is not liable for delays due to flights, seafreight, customs, or acts of God.

Intellectual Property
• Clients are responsible for ensuring authorization for trademark/copyright reproduction.

Acceptance
• Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
